The current Kenyan TFS40 combines the 4JJ3 engine with a 6-speed automatic, shift-on-the-fly 4WD and a standard differential lock. The official specification records 800mm wading depth and 235mm ground clearance.
The 9-inch touchscreen supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth audio and hands-free calling. An official 7-inch multi-information display sits ahead of the driver, while eight speakers provide the premium audio system.
The current TFS40 brochure lists Adaptive Cruise Control, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning, Pedal Misapplication Mitigation, Lane Departure Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
